At Recess, Children establish the foundation they need to learn through meaningful play.
We follow a play-based, emergent curriculum that allows children to explore and discover areas of interest. To inform the individualized curriculum, teachers observe student play and encourage natural curiosity and skill development by areas of interest. Our teachers guide learning by asking questions and exploring concepts that build on prior knowledge. With areas including art, dramatic play, blocks, music and movement, literacy, math, and science, every child will find something engaging and exciting at Recess.

Things to know:
We care for ages 8 weeks- 4 years during our Recess coworking operating hours.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 am-4 pm
The cut-off time for childcare drop-off is 9:15 am
Parents must provide their child's food, drinks, diapering supplies, and napping gear.
Special Event Childcare
Recess provides childcare for events, including Staff meetings, company parties, weddings, and other special occasions.
